We have multiple roles available in our Solutions Architecture team
A rare breed, the Solutions Architecture team has a serious depth of technical knowledge and works closely with customers as trusted technical advisors. They’re capable of comprehending complex technical information, while also being able to communicate solutions to a wide range of audiences. Solutions Architecture works collaboratively with our Support, Product, and Engineering teams to facilitate solutions to customer needs with our product portfolio.

You enjoy helping customers solve problems and nurturing their success. You engage with our customers on a technical level while running the lifecycle of success with them. You tell us! This role gives you the freedom to live and work where you can be at your best. We operate globally and also have some pretty cool offices worldwide. Time travel (aka time zone optimization) is one of our superpowers and we use this to our best advantage in setting up teams and how we work. This role can be based in any one of our offices globally, or remote from your home office and will involve travel to customer locations to provide on-site support.
